A seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience across corporate and ministry sectors—including roles at Living on the Edge and Insight for Living—Alex leads as a true servant. His top Strengths (Achiever, Learner, Relator, Belief, and Context) allow him to honor the rich history of Olive Crest while diligently pursuing a vision where every child is safe.
Guided by a 29-year marriage and the joy of being a father of three and a proud grandfather, Alex understands that healthy families are the bedrock of society. In his first 90 days, he is dedicated to a “listening tour,” prioritizing deep relationships with staff and donors alike. He is honored to lead the LA team, ensuring that every child in our care finds the hope and healing they deserve. Born in South Korea and adopted into a loving home, his life is a testament to the redemptive power of a stable family. Driven by the biblical mandate to care for the orphan, Alex believes that children are one of our most sacred responsibilities.
