FaithSearch Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Oklahoma Baptist University has selected Dr. Jeff Paul as its next Dean of Traditional Undergraduate Education, effective January 1st. Located in Shawnee, Oklahoma—just 30 minutes from Oklahoma City, for 31 consecutive years, U.S. News and World Report has ranked OBU among the top regional colleges in the West, with Oklahoma’s highest regional rating for 29 of those years.

With over 20 years in higher education, Dr. Paul most recently served as dean and professor at Southeastern University’s Jannetides College of Business, Communication and Leadership in Lakeland, Florida. His career includes leadership roles at Oral Roberts University, where he chaired the Graduate School of Business, and corporate experience as Vice President of Strategic Planning at Lilis Energy, Inc. in Texas. Dr. Paul holds a Ph.D. in business management (organizational behavior) from Oklahoma State University, an M.B.A. in sport business from Arizona State University, and a B.B.A. in finance from Oklahoma Baptist University.
