The incoming President will serve as the Chief Executive Officer of MBI, providing strategic and spiritual leadership across three nationally significant ministry platforms—Education, Global Media, and Publishing. With 1,200 employees, a substantial annual operating budget, and a global reach spanning broadcast radio, digital media, Christian publishing, and an acclaimed biblical higher education enterprise — this role demands a leader of exceptional depth.
The ideal candidate will bring at least ten years of executive leadership experience in a Christian higher educational or other complex, multi-divisional organization with a pastoral presence, theological depth, and the vision to lead Moody into its next chapter while remaining grounded in the institution’s historic mission.
