FaithSearch Partners Welcomes Michael Knecht as Senior Vice President and Healthcare Practice Leader
Dallas, TX — FaithSearch Partners is pleased to announce that Michael Knecht joined the firm as Senior Vice President and Healthcare Practice Leader, effective Friday, May 1.
Michael brings more than two decades of senior healthcare leadership experience, including executive roles across nonprofit hospitals, faith-based health systems, operational transformation, service-line growth, culture development, and strategic expansion.
Most recently, he served as CEO and Co-Founder of Sentio Insights, an AI-driven company focused on converting client conversations into actionable business intelligence. Prior to that, Michael served as President of AdventHealth Shawnee Mission, a 500+ bed nonprofit hospital with $610 million in net revenue, 3,500 team members, and broad oversight of strategy, growth, finance, operations, medical staff, and foundation leadership.
His earlier executive experience includes serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission and as Chief Experience Officer and Executive Director of Operations at Loma Linda University Medical Center – Murrieta.

In his new role, Michael will lead and expand FaithSearch Partners’ healthcare practice, partnering with hospitals, health systems, senior care organizations, and faith-based healthcare ministries to identify and recruit transformational executive leaders.
Michael holds an Executive MBA from the Peter F. Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University, a Master of Divinity from Andrews University, and a Bachelor of Architecture from Andrews University.
