FaithSearch Partners is pleased to announce that its client, LifeCampUSA, has selected Trevor Fabian as its next Executive Director. LifeCampUSA is a faith-based nonprofit organization founded in 2021 by Mark and Jane Neumann with a singular, powerful mission: to guide children of fallen U.S. Military, Law Enforcement, and First Responder heroes on a faith-driven pursuit of character, resilience, and fortitude. Fabian began his new role earlier this summer.

With over 17 years of diversified leadership, Fabian most recently served in the roofing and investment banking industries. Prior to that, he medically retired from the United States Air Force after more than eleven years of service. He holds a master’s degree of business administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a bachelor’s degree of business in finance and marketing from The University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
