Through a unique combination of gospel-centered care, strategic partnerships, technology, and data-driven outreach, OurCalling helps neighbors experiencing homelessness and crisis walk with Jesus, get off the streets, and into healthy community. They serve thousands annually and are achieving transformational outcomes in the Dallas – Fort Worth Metroplex.
OurCalling is now seeking a Director of Programs to lead their Men’s Care, Women’s Care, Street Outreach, and Placement Solutions teams. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Leadership experience in homelessness response or related fields
- A reputation for servant leadership with guests, staff, donors, and community partners
- Bachelor’s degree
- Deep Christian faith with a heart for all to know Jesus
