FaithSearch Partners is excited to partner with OurCalling, an innovative, Christ-centered homeless ministry, to find their next Chief Advancement Officer.
Through a unique combination of gospel-centered care, strategic partnerships, technology, and data-driven outreach, OurCalling helps neighbors experiencing homelessness and crisis walk with Jesus, get off the streets, and into healthy community. They serve thousands annually and are achieving transformational outcomes in the Dallas – Fort Worth Metroplex.
The Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) will foster a culture of generosity for OurCalling and lead development, external communications strategy, and fundraising for the annual operating budget, capital needs, and comprehensive campaign. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Bachelors degree, preferably in a related field
- CFRE or CAP preferred
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Development, preferably with a ministry or other non-profit, including executive leadership
- A demonstrated compassion for the marginalized populations who are served by OurCalling
- Abiding, authentic, growing Christian faith with evangelical orientation and a relational ministry-first mindset towards donors
