FaithSearch Partners is pleased to announce its partnership with Grace College to lead the search for their next Dean of the School of Business—a pivotal leadership role for the institution. The new Dean will join Grace College at a moment of significant growth, benefiting both the institution and the surrounding community. The School of Business recently achieved ACBSP accreditation. Further cementing this momentum, Grace recently secured an adjacent building and will begin renovations in 2026, with plans to relocate the School of Business into its new, expanded home in 2027.
Located in Winona Lake, Indiana, Grace College offers students a scenic, picturesque campus for their academic pursuits. Beyond the beautiful setting, the local community is experiencing exciting new industry development. Building on its established strength in medical devices, a strategic diversification push includes the arrival of Slate Auto, an electric pickup truck startup slated to create up to 2,000 new jobs. In addition to guiding the strategic direction of the School of Business, the new Dean will immediately step into a dynamic period, fostering key partnerships as Grace College and the community collaborate on this expanding and innovative economic future.
