Frusher brings more than 25 years of experience leading and growing mission-driven organizations, with a deep background in donor relationships, major gift fundraising, and ministry leadership. Most recently as Director of Advancement at TeachBeyond, he built donor engagement strategies that grew major gift giving and strengthened relationships with the organization’s most generous supporters. Earlier, as Regional Vice President for TeachBeyond’s Asia region, he expanded operations across 19 countries and helped raise significant capital funding in partnership with the US and Canada teams. Grounded in a B.A. in Educational Ministries from Moody Bible Institute and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Crown College, Vance pairs proven fundraising instincts with a genuine heart for gospel-centered mission, making him a strong fit for KHCB’s donor development team.
