FaithSearch Partners is pleased to announce that San Jose Clinic has appointed Paul Kulas as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective March 2026.
Kulas brings more than 30 years of progressive leadership experience in ambulatory healthcare operations, physician network management, and organizational development. He has served in senior executive roles across some of the nation’s leading faith-based and regional health systems, where he oversaw multi-site clinic operations, led provider recruitment and contracting, and drove meaningful growth in revenue, quality, and patient satisfaction.
Throughout his career, Kulas has demonstrated a consistent ability to build high-performing teams, strengthen organizational performance, and align operational strategy with mission. His experience spans de novo clinic development, service line expansion, rural and underserved market leadership, and financial turnaround. Together, these competencies position him well to lead San Jose Clinic into its next chapter.

The Clinic operates across three locations, delivering medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, and specialty services to patients regardless of their ability to pay.
