Warner Pacific is a Christ-centered university affiliated with the Church of God (Anderson, IN), committed to academic excellence and student transformation. At an important season in its history, the University seeks a President who will lead with clarity, conviction, and relational strength while advancing enrollment growth, financial sustainability, and renewed institutional confidence. This role requires a leader who embodies both confidence and humility and who is an inspirational and effective executive with demonstrated ability to lead with excellence both internally and externally. Acumen in fundraising and financial management is essential to the role.
Working in close partnership with the Board of Trustees, the President serves as Warner Pacific’s chief executive and spiritual leader. The next President will be a visible, mission-aligned leader who builds trust across campus and strengthens partnerships with churches, alumni, donors, and the broader community. Deep alignment with the University’s Christian mission and demonstrated senior leadership experience in higher education are essential.
