The Colorado Springs-based international ministry is widely considered to be among the most impactful ministries in the nation and the premier organization promoting effective Christian parenting and families.
Founded by Dr. James Dobson in 1977, Focus on the Family has been led for nearly twenty years by its current President and CEO, Jim Daly. The Focus board has initiated a succession plan, the core of which is its CEO search.
