FaithSearch Partners has been retained to conduct a search for the next Executive Director of the Center for Youth Evangelism (CYE). Effective May 2025, CYE became an official entity of the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists, reflecting its formal integration into the division’s organizational structure. This transition strengthens alignment, governance, and strategic collaboration with the division’s youth and young adult ministries while positioning CYE to expand its impact across the North American Division and beyond.
CYE is best known as the home of the International Pathfinder Camporee, a global event held every five years that draws more than 60,000 attendees from over 100 countries. Its broader ministry includes the 180 Symposium and Journal of Adventist Youth and Young Adult Ministries, mission programs such as We Care and Cruise with a Mission, and the Master Guide Toolbox, which provides leadership training for youth ministry practitioners.
