Established in 1939, Jessup University has long been committed to educating transformational leaders for the glory of God. As the University enters a pivotal new chapter, it is seeking a President who leads with integrity, communicates with clarity, and exercises wise stewardship of institutional resources — building a foundation for a sustainable and flourishing future.
The next President will be a leader who embodies both confidence and humility, grounded in a deep, abiding joy for Jessup’s Christ-centered mission and a genuine love for the students the University serves. As an effective executive, the President will demonstrate the ability to lead with excellence both internally and externally — cultivating a strong leadership team, fostering trust across campus, and building meaningful relationships with donors, church partners, and alumni.
With a collaborative and trust-building leadership style, the President will advance strategic priorities with clarity, focus, and follow-through, aligning vision with institutional capacity and resources. Acumen in fundraising and financial management will be essential.
