The Chief Medical Officer for Kettering Health Main Campus reports to the campus President, with a dotted line to the System CMO. As a member of the senior executive team, the CMO leads the campus’s clinical operations. The role partners with the Chief Nursing Officer on quality and safety, guides service line growth, and is a trusted bridge between the medical staff and executive leadership.
