Mr. Severino currently serves as Head of Innovation and Digital Mission for The Navigators, where he leads large-scale initiatives that integrate digital strategy, human engagement, and ministry growth. In this role, he architects frameworks that fuse marketing automation, emerging technologies, and operational processes to scale mission impact and organizational effectiveness.
Throughout his career, Mr. Severino has guided organizations through periods of growth and complexity, helping leaders align strategy, technology, and culture around clear purpose and measurable outcomes. His work reflects a disciplined, systems-oriented approach to innovation that strengthens both mission clarity and execution capacity.
Mr. Severino holds a Master of Arts degree from Dallas Theological Seminary and is widely respected for his ability to bridge strategic vision with practical implementation.
