She is the Founding Principal of ARC Insights, LLC, where she advises presidents and senior leadership teams on data-informed strategy and measurable results. Previously, Ms. Jensen served as Vice President for Enrollment Strategy at Calvin University and Thompson Rivers University. Her leadership contributed to significant enrollment and revenue growth, including a 35 percent increase in enrollment at Calvin since 2020, with three consecutive incoming classes exceeding 1,000 students. A 2007 graduate of Calvin University, Jensen is widely respected for integrating analytics, strategy, and execution to strengthen institutional sustainability and student access.
Mr. Johnsen brings deep experience as a trusted senior advisor to boards, presidents, and executive teams. He is known for helping leaders translate vision into disciplined action through strategic planning, organizational alignment, and focused execution. His work often centers on clarifying priorities, strengthening leadership teams, and supporting institutions during seasons of transition and growth.
