FaithSearch Advisors is pleased to announce that Herb Schumm, MD, MBA, ACC, has joined our team of expert Advisors. Dr. Schumm brings a rich and unique blend of clinical experience, executive leadership, and coaching expertise that will greatly benefit the mission-driven organizations we serve.
Dr. Schumm is a family physician by training, having practiced medicine for more than three decades before transitioning into healthcare leadership roles, including Chief Medical Officer and Medical Group President. In 2016, he moved into system-level leadership, focusing on provider professional development and well-being with Mercy Health, now Bon Secours Mercy Health. In 2022, he founded Schumm Associates, dedicated to professional wellness and leadership support for caregivers and ministry professionals. Dr. Schumm has also chaired Huntington University’s Board of Trustees in Indiana.
