Dr. Grate’s career spans more than three decades of service in K-12 and higher education, including her tenure as Superintendent of Schools and as VP of Strategic Initiatives at Ambassador Enterprises. Known for her transformational leadership and commitment to Christ-centered service, she has led significant initiatives in education, strategic planning, equity and inclusion, and talent development.
