Dallas, TX — FaithSearch Advisors is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Kina Mallard to its team of senior advisors. Dr. Mallardbrings more than 25 years of experience in higher education leadership, along with deep expertise in executive coaching, strategic planning, and leadership development.
A former university president, Dr. Mallard most recently served as President and CEO of Reinhardt University, where she led enrollment growth, increased fundraising, and launched new academic programs. Her leadership career spans every level of the academy, including roles as Department Chair and Associate Provost at Union University, Academic Dean at Gordon College, Provost and Executive Vice President at Carson-Newman University, and President at Reinhardt University.
Through Mallard Consulting and Coaching, LLC, Dr. Mallard has coached and consulted with presidents, provosts, vice presidents, and senior leadership teams across the country. An ICF-certified executive coach, she is known for her strengths-based approach, deep listening, and ability to help leaders move from insight to action with clarity and confidence.
Dr. Mallard has developed and led national leadership workshops, launched faculty and women’s leadership initiatives, and currently teaches executive and group coaching in an MBA program. She holds certifications in Leadership Effectiveness 360, Emotional Intelligence, DiSC, and Motivators assessments and also serves as CEO of Leading Higher Ed, Inc.
