Crossroad Health Center is a faith-based Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Cincinnati, Ohio. Crossroad serves over 13,000 patients annually through four locations and has achieved national recognition for quality care—earning HRSA Gold and Silver awards, placing them in the top 10-20% nationally. The organization has just completed a highly successful three-year strategic plan—including building a new state-of-the-art facility opening in April 2026 and launching an in-house pharmacy.
The next CEO will build on Crossroad’s solid foundation while bringing fresh vision to marketing, fundraising, recruitment, and partnerships. This servant-leader should have FQHC experience, financial expertise, proven people skills, and alignment with the mission to honor Jesus Christ through accessible healthcare.
