FaithSearch Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Denver Seminary, has selected Cindy Dean as its next Vice President of Enrollment and Student Success, effective September 1st.

Through Redemptive Relationships and a Global Concern, the Seminary challenges students to grow in both knowledge and character as they prepare for lives of ministry, leadership, and service.

Dean brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, admissions, student success, and enrollment strategy, with particular expertise in graduate and theological education. Known as a trusted collaborator across faculty, staff, and administration, she is recognized for building strong teams, mentoring colleagues, and creating student success systems tailored to seminary populations. Her leadership reflects a consistent alignment of mission with data-informed strategies for recruitment, retention, and multi-campus operations.
Her career journey began with the Billy Graham Crusade, where she worked behind the scenes preparing cities and venues to host the historic gatherings. She later founded her own marketing firm, equipping clients with digital and social media strategies, and has since served in a variety of higher education roles where she has advanced enrollment systems, built teams, developed policy, created student-centered marketing, and led cross-functional initiatives.
A woman of deep faith, Dean approaches leadership, and all of life, with an intentional prayer life and a Kingdom perspective. Guided by her heart for Kingdom-oriented work and a commitment to excellence while investing in others, she is eager to advance Denver Seminary’s mission in this pivotal season.
