Based in Denver, this pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape the future of seminary education and the formation of those called to serve the Church and the world.

The Vice President of Academic Affairs (VPAA) is Denver Seminary’s chief academic officer, responsible for bringing the Seminary’s Charter to life through faculty development, program innovation, and student transformation. Reporting to the President, the VPAA provides strategic leadership for academic programs, faculty development, and institutional assessment, while modeling intellectual courage in a learner-centered environment.

This role calls for an innovative academic leader who can partner with faculty to reimagine seminary education—moving beyond content delivery toward transformational learning.
