As the primary leader of City Union Mission, this person must fully embrace the organization’s mission, core values, and statement of faith, endeavor to model these tenets at every turn, and be a deeply committed follower of Jesus Christ.
The CEO reports directly to the Board of Directors and will have substantial nonprofit leadership experience with a proven track-record in fundraising. The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and achieving financial goals and will have the skills to take the lead in donor development, organizational change, and community engagement. Working under the policies of the Board, this person will drive strategic initiatives and accountability throughout the organization, while developing an organizational culture that reflects its faith-first values. Above all, the CEO is passionate about transforming lives.
