Crossroad Health Center is a faith-based Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Cincinnati, Ohio. Crossroad serves over 13,000 patients annually through four locations and has achieved national recognition for quality care—earning HRSA Gold and Silver awards, placing them in the top 10-20% nationally.

With more than 30 years of experience advancing healthcare and human-service organizations through financial stabilization, operational excellence, and sustainable growth, Vale most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at Crossroad Health Center. Over the past decade, he has been a key member of the executive leadership team, helping guide strategic initiatives that contributed to Crossroad earning HRSA Gold and Silver Quality Awards—recognition that has positioned the organization as a model for excellence among federally qualified health centers. During his tenure, Crossroad also deepened its engagement with the Christian Community Health Fellowship (CCHF), further strengthening its commitment to Christ-centered, whole-person care. A Cincinnati native, Vale holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati.
