FaithSearch Partners is honored to partner with Campbellsville University (CU) in the search for its next Vice President for Enrollment.
With nearly 11,000 students, CU is one of Kentucky’s largest private universities, serving undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral learners through on-campus, online, certificate, and dual-credit programs. Reporting directly to the visionary President Dr. Joe Hopkins, the VPE will lead a wide-ranging enrollment portfolio—including undergraduate, graduate, regional centers, certificate, and dual-credit programs—while overseeing marketing and brand management tied to student recruitment. The VPE will be charged with clarifying and strengthening the full student journey from lead to enrollment, intentionally inviting campus partners into the work of recruitment and collaborating on student success. This leader will also play a key role in implementing a new CRM, refining processes, and collaborating across academics, athletics, and student services to elevate recruitment and retention.
The role calls for a strategic and innovative leader—one who is passionate about the mission of Christian higher education, adept at building relationships, and energized by the opportunity to shape enrollment strategy at a dynamic institution.
