FaithSearch is pleased to announce it recently initiated the search for the next Dean of the College of Arts, Sciences, and Education (CASE) at Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota. As part of our outreach, we are seeking both recommendations and indications of personal interest.
The Dean serves as the academic and administrative leader for CASE, supporting faculty and students while advancing the Arts, Humanities, Sciences, and Education within Bethel’s Christ-centered mission. Ideal candidates will hold a terminal degree in a related discipline, bring meaningful academic leadership experience, and demonstrate strong relational, collaborative, and faith-integrative leadership.
