Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this leader oversees regional directors and multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations, with a strong emphasis on visible, in-person leadership. The role focuses on building consistency, strengthening collaboration, and supporting staff sustainability, while maintaining rigorous standards of care and accountability.
ABCH has championed their mission since the 1800s. Thousands of children and their families have received food, shelter, love, comfort, and spiritual guidance through their programming and services.
