FaithSearch Partners is pleased to announce that Adventist Media Ministries (AMM) has appointed Karlonne Lewis as its new Treasurer, effective September 22, 2025.
With more than 20 years of combined audit, accounting, and finance experience, Lewis has served in several financial leadership capacities within both denominational and corporate environments. Most recently, he served as Associate Treasurer for the Central California Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, where he oversaw accounting operations, payroll, and financial reporting, while providing analysis and recommendations that informed executive decision-making.
Previously, Lewis served as Internal Auditor for both the Central California Conference and Southeastern California Conference of SDA, conducting financial reviews for churches and schools across both regions. Earlier in his career, he held multiple roles with Amphastar Pharmaceuticals in Rancho Cucamonga, California, including Accounting Supervisor and Internal Auditor, where he led process improvement initiatives that strengthened internal controls and reduced operational inefficiencies.
A Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Lewis earned his MBA in Finance from La Sierra University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northern Caribbean University.
“Karlonne’s blend of technical expertise, strategic insight, and deep commitment to mission-driven organizations make him an excellent addition to the AMM leadership team,” said Mark Ishikawa, Vice President at FaithSearch Partners. “His experience within the Adventist system and strong record of financial stewardship will serve the ministry well.”
FaithSearch Partners expresses gratitude to the AMM leadership team and stakeholders for their collaboration in this important search. The search was conducted by Mark Ishikawa and Ed Fry, with Linda Stanley serving as Project Manager.
