FaithSearch Partners is pleased to partner with Made to Flourish in its search for an experienced development professional, who will also serve on the Senior Leadership team. Made to Flourish equips pastors in prioritizing and strengthening practices and resources that equip their congregations to faithfully follow Christ in the everyday aspects of their lives.
They believe “the primary work of the church is the church at work”. The successful candidate will work in the Overland Park, KS office, leading efforts to grow the $5.5 million ministry to empower more churches across the U.S. in discipling believers to steward their work and skills for the Lord. The result: believers flourishing as intended. The ideal candidate will have development experience in foundation grants, corporate sponsorships, and major gifts.
