Community Hospital Corporation in Plano, Texas, has appointed Jill Bayless as Senior Vice President, Clinical Services. CHC is a nonprofit health system consisting of five acute care hospitals and six long-term acute care hospitals. It also provides strategic, operational and financial consulting to more than 35 hospitals across the U.S.
As SVP, Bayless will oversee the implementation of clinical and patient care consulting and provide leadership to the firm’s owned and managed hospitals. She will be responsible for the patient care and clinical components of onsite assessments for the consultations, interfacing with clients throughout the implementation of various related projects.

Bayless most recently served as Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Operating Officer for a mid-size medical center in East Texas. She has 35 years of experience in nursing and executive leadership in multi-hospital systems. Bayless holds a master’s degree from Northwestern State University and a bachelor’s degree from Arkansas Tech University.
