FaithSearch Partners is pleased to announce an exciting leadership opportunity at Moody Bible Institute (MBI). FaithSearch Partners has been retained to assist in identifying Moody’s next Chief Operating Officer, a vital executive role within one of the most respected faith-based institutions in the world.
The “bar” for this role has been set high, as the retiring COO previously served as President of Walgreens. Senior executives from complex corporations or large ministries are encouraged to prayerfully consider this opportunity.
Reporting directly to the President, the COO serves as the second-in-command at MBI, overseeing key divisions such as Publishing, Global Media, Marketing, Technology, and Operations. The leader will play a central role in driving the Institute’s strategic vision of “doubling the impact” of its ministries while ensuring operational excellence across Moody’s multifaceted organization.
A more comprehensive document describing the opportunity is available upon request. If you are aware of qualified individuals for this opportunity, please contact us at your earliest convenience. Interested candidates may forward a current resume to Ed Fry at edfry@faithsearchpartners.com, Elaine Welcome at ewelcome@faithsearchpartners.com or Tray Herndon at therndon@faithsearchpartners.com. All inquiries will be held in strict confidence.
