FaithSearch Partners’ Mission Enterprise Division is thrilled to announce its partnership with world-class youth evangelism and discipleship organization, Young Life, in their search for a Director of Development, Africa and Middle East Division.

Young Life has been reaching kids and teens around the globe for Christ since 1941, introducing them to Jesus and helping them grow in their faith. Since its founding, Young Life has expanded its programming to reach youth in more than 90 countries, and today the Africa and Middle East ministry is its largest global platform.

“The Africa/Middle East platform is growing exponentially and setting the bar for other areas of our ministry – we’re excited to partner with FaithSearch to identify the next leader to continue this momentum,” said Mike Knowles, Young Life Director of Operations – Africa and Middle East.

This is not the first time Young Life has engaged FaithSearch Partners’ Mission Enterprise Division. In 2014 the Division, which was then operating as the Halftime Talent Solutions retained search firm, partnered with Young Life in their search for a Chief Development Officer. That project resulted in the successful hiring of Eric Scofield, who has faithfully served Young Life as CDO in the years since.

About this new search, Mission Enterprise Division President Greg Barnes said, “There is no greater compliment than when an organization engages us in repeat searches. We are honored to work with Young Life again and are excited to pursue top candidates for this key role in their ministry.”
