FaithSearch Partners’ Mission Enterprise Division has begun a search for a Human Resources Director for Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS). The search, which kicked off earlier this month, is the second project Mission Enterprise has engaged in this year for the prestigious Dallas institution. The search for an Executive Director of the Dallas Seminary Foundation, a key support arm of DTS, launched in January and is well underway.
The Human Resources Director will provide overall talent acquisition strategy, thoughtful leadership, and talent development services for the Seminary’s entire Human Resources organization. The Director will manage day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office, including Houston, Washington D.C., and Passion extension sites, and will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing all HR policies and practices.
