FaithSearch Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Lubbock Christian University (LCU), has selected Josh Clem as its next Vice President of University Advancement, effective May 1st. Founded in 1957 by Churches of Christ for the purpose of preparing and equipping students for lives of Christian service, LCU enrolls nearly 1600 students and has a network of over 10,000 alumni.
Josh will enter at an exciting time in the University’s history as it will coincide with the approach of the University’s 70th or Platinum Anniversary in 2027 and the 5thyear of the University’s President, Dr. Scott McDowell.

His background and extensive experience with the Churches of Christ has uniquely prepared him for this role. With 20 years of experience in development, Josh most recently served as Director for Development at Arkansas Tech University, where he significantly contributed to the successful $55 million comprehensive campaign—the largest in ATU history. Josh brings proven experience in fundraising, sales, ministry, and organizational development. Josh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Sales from Harding University and is currently completing his Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership & Learning at Arkansas Tech University.
