Goin becomes the University’s second President, following founding President Dr. John Reynolds. Jay Goin currently serves as a consultant to colleges and universities, with over twenty-five years of experience in higher education. A proven strategic and operational leader in sector growth and transformation, he most recently served as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at National University. Jay was part of the foundational team that helped birth online education at the University of Phoenix, later played a key role in launching Abilene Christian University’s online programs, and has consistently led at the forefront of innovation in adult and digital learning. He focuses on developing growth and expansion strategies for connected learners, especially in online and hybrid formats. His expertise encompasses culture development, change management, and a deep understanding of regulatory and accreditation environments.
