FaithSearch Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Loma Linda University Health (LLUH), has selected Denton Gruzensky as its next Vice President Human Resources Management, effective March 1. Loma Linda University Health is a university and academic medical center operating six hospitals, physician practice corporations, multiple clinics, and affiliate organizations around the world. These medical services interact with the eight schools that make up the healthcare focused university, which includes one of the few faith-based medical schools in the U.S.

With more than 20 years in healthcare human resources leadership, Gruzensky previously served as a CHRO for a Texas-based hospital system and a regional HR leader for Adventist Health in Roseville, California. He holds an MBA from La Sierra University and an undergraduate degree from Pacific Union College. He is a Certified Professional in Human Resources.
