For 31 years, OBU has been ranked as one of the top regional colleges in the West by U.S. News & World Report and has been Oklahoma’s highest rated regional college in the U.S. News rankings for 29 of those years.
The Vice President for Campus Life is a cabinet-level role that brings student life expertise to the table in new and meaningful ways. Reporting directly to President Heath Thomas, this leader will oversee a comprehensive portfolio—including spiritual life, residence life, student engagement, wellness, international student services, and more—while reimagining the overall strategy, structure, and student experience for years to come.
It’s a role made for someone who knows how to build traditions, rally teams, elevate fun, and design moments of real formation—someone who can lead with vision, imagination, and deep care for students and staff alike.
