Senior Vice President of Faith Search Partners Ed Reifsnyder, along with other members of the firm’s Healthcare Team, have initiated the search for a new Senior Finance Officer for nation’s largest hospital. Leaders at Florida Hospital Medical Group retained the firm to fill the Senior Finance Analyst position at the Florida Hospital Maitland campus in Maitland, FL.
Florida Hospital was established in 1908 and has grown from a 20-bed cottage on the shores of Lake Estelle to a 2,188-bed hospital at seven locations serving more than one million patients each year. For more than a century, its staff has been committed to the hospital’s original mission – to extend the healing ministry of Christ. The Maitland Office Plaza houses highly skilled teams that support hospital systems including Marketing, Patient Financial Services, Revenue Management, the Credit Union and Human Resources.
The Senior Finance Analyst will address contacting and rate issues across Adventist Health Systems hospitals. He or she will complete extensive and complex financial and operational analyses of managed care contracts and proposals; develop and track key performance indicators; and conduct ad hoc analyses of specific managed care issues. He or she will work with managed care staff in both the Florida and Multistate Divisions of AHS and represent AHS managed care to payers in all AHS markets.
