FaithSearch Partners is delighted to announce its partnership with Adventist Health Glendale in launching a national search for its next President. Adventist Health Glendale is a 515-bed, $380M net revenue tertiary medical center located in the northern suburbs of Los Angeles.  Formerly known as Glendale Adventist Medical Center, the facility has a more than 100-year history of providing high-quality health care.  It is also the largest hospital within Adventist Health, a 23-hospital, $4 billion faith-based system with facilities in the western U.S. and Hawaii.

The President will serve as a critical leader for the medical center, providing strategic and operational leadership, with accountability for the entire organization. Reporting to the Adventist Health Southern California President and the local hospital board, the position is responsible for translating the Adventist Health vision and strategy into complementary strategies and tactics that are unique to Adventist Health Glendale.

“We are honored to be managing this search for such a high-quality organization that inspires health, wholeness and hope,” said Ed Fry, President of FaithSearch Partners, who is co-managing the search with Ed Reifsnyder, Senior Vice President. “The next President will need to be a seasoned healthcare leader with the ability to achieve strategic quality and financial goals, while being committed to the Adventist mission of ministry, both professionally and personally.”
