FaithSearch Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Adventist Health Glendale, has selected Alice Issai as its next President, effective July 2. Adventist Health Glendale is a 515-bed medical center located in the northern suburbs of Los Angeles.  Formerly known as Glendale Adventist Medical Center, it is the largest hospital within Adventist Health, a 23-hospital, $4 billion faith-based system with facilities in the western U.S. and Hawaii.

“We are excited to have Alice return to Adventist Health Glendale where she started her professional career as a financial analyst nearly four decades ago,” said Andrew Jahn, President of the Adventist Health Southern California Region, in an announcement from Adventist Health. “Since then she has made her mark in the industry as a distinguished healthcare leader in Southern California with extensive experience leading large quaternary and tertiary health organizations.”

With 26 years in healthcare leadership, Issai most recently served as Chief Operating Officer for Keck Hospital of USC and USC Norris Cancer Hospital in Los Angeles, California. Previously she served as Chief Operating Officer for UC Irvine Health in Orange, California. She holds a master’s degree of business administration from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree of arts in business administration and finance from Andrews University.

“Alice is an exceptional candidate having an accomplished history as a healthcare executive,” said Ed Fry, President of FaithSearch Partners who directly managed the search with FaithSearch Senior Vice President Ed Reifsnyder. “With her insight and experience, she will help guide Adventist Health Glendale to the next level of excellence in patient care and help shape high quality healthcare in the region for the next generation.”
