FaithSearch Partners is delighted to announce its partnership with King’s Way Christian Schools in launching a search for its next Superintendent, the most senior school leader of the schools. King’s Way Christian Schools (KWCS) is a Christian, non-denominational school in Vancouver, Washington, that serves more than 1,000 students and their families. Located on a 35-acre campus, it is the largest private Christian school in Southwest Washington.
The Superintendent reports to the KWCS Board and oversees the three principals. The Superintendent will be the “face and voice” of the organization and oversees financial and academic operations. This Superintendent will also provide leadership for strategic planning, communication with key stakeholders and families, and philanthropy. The organization is on the same campus with the Vancouver Church and enjoys a strong collaboration with the Church.
“We are excited to manage this search for a Christian school with a long tradition and commitment to academic excellence and Christian faith,” said Ivan Bartolome, Senior Vice President at FaithSearch Partners, who is co-managing the search with Greg Barnes, President of FaithSearch’s Mission Enterprise Division. “The next Superintendent will be an experienced education leader who demonstrates a strong ability to work with a board and develop and achieve strategic and financial goals. This Superintendent will also demonstrate they are personally committed to the school’s mission.”
