Adventist Medical Center-Portland (AMC) has selected FaithSearch Partners to manage a search for a new Vice President/Chief Financial Officer. Since AMC began as a six-patient practice 120 years ago, it has grown to a 302-bed acute care facility that is the centerpiece of the area’s Adventist Health network. The hospital is ranked in the top five percent across the nation by HealthGrades and Consumers Report has rated the medical center among its top recommended facilities for the past two years.
The new VP/CFO will serve as a critical leader of AMC, overseeing directly and indirectly all financial and fiscally-related services hospital-wide. He or she will be a significant partner with the CEO in developing the market initiatives and strategic direction of the hospital. In addition, the CFO will play a role in the developing northwest region of Adventist Health as it expands to serve the needs of more than 900,000 residents in the competitive Portland market.
