Kettering College Names New Director of Nursing Division

FaithSearch Partners, the leading executive search firm focused on faith-based hospitals, healthcare systems, colleges/universities, churches and ministries, is pleased to announce Deleise S. Wilson, Ph.D., R.N. has been selected as Kettering College’s Director of the Division of Nursing.

In this role, Dr. Wilson will serve as the leading academic officer for the Division of Nursing, the largest division at Ohio-based Kettering College and a centerpiece Program for the school. She will mentor faculty, develop and implement curriculum, help plan the strategic direction for the Nursing Division and instill the Kettering Health Network’s focus on a whole-person approach to patient care.

“Dr. Wilson’s academic experience, in research, in the classroom and in a leadership role, make her an ideal candidate for this position,” said Ivan Bartolome, Senior Vice President at FaithSearch Partners. “Her leadership skills and experience at the University of Michigan and Loma Linda University will be a great asset for the College and help the school continue on a path of growth with a bent toward serving the Kettering Health Network and the community.”

Dr. Wilson most recently served as an assistant professor at the University of Michigan School of Nursing. She has published several articles and research in journals and publications as well as received the New Investigator’s Award and the Rackham Merit Fellowship at the University of Michigan.

Kettering College is a faith-based institution in southwest Ohio offering graduate and undergraduate degrees in health sciences. Opened in 1967, the school now has nearly 900 students and is adjacent to Kettering Medical Center.
