Kaycey Rhudy serves as a Senior Project Manager with FaithSearchPartners. Acting as a liaison between the client and candidate, Kaycey works closely alongside the search consultant team to track search progress and keeps the lines of communication open with all parties. She strives to make the process easy, enjoyable, and efficient.
Kaycey has over eighteen years of experience in executive search. She began her career in search in 2005 with Korn Ferry International, where she worked extensively within the IT sector, as well as within the healthcare/medical supplies and manufacturing industries.
Kaycey takes great pride in keeping clients happy and making the search process seamless for the clients and candidates. She is a firm believer in teamwork and working together for the good of the firm’s clients, candidates, and His kingdom, which is reflected in all of her work.
Kaycey is based in North Texas, where she resides with her husband, dogs, and cattle. She is the mother to three adult children.
