FaithSearch Partners is proud to announce that Jeff Jernigan has joined the firm as Senior Vice President and will lead the organization’s Ministry Team.

Jernigan, an internationally recognized leader and consultant, has earned a reputation for his ability to bring change, growth, healing and restoration to churches and other faith-based organizations. He has served as pastor, counselor, teacher and administrator in a number of ministry settings including Saddleback Community Church and Corona Friends Church.
He helped found several Christian organizations including Olive Branch International, Life Purpose Coaching Centers International®, Peopleworks International Incorporated and the Hidden Value Group, LLC. For these and other initiatives, Jernigan was featured in Church Executive Magazine for leadership excellence.
Since 1983, a number of Jernigan’s articles have been published and he’s authored 11 books, including The Power of a Loving Man and Tilt. He has also gained publishing and editorial experience through his work with NavPress, Focus on the Family and Minirth Meier New Life Clinics.
Jernigan has worked for many years as an educator. He is a Master Teacher with the International Association for Continuing Education and Training and has spoken to audiences worldwide. Recently, his work in faith-based hospital systems became nationally recognized and is now taught through the Life Purpose Coaching Centers International.

Recently Jernigan was named the Southern California Religious Entrepreneur of the Year and received an award from the Gallup Organization for National Faith-Based Healthcare Excellence for Culture Change.
