Ivan joined FaithSearch in 2008 and most recently served in leadership for a large faith-based organization in the Kansas City area. Previously, he led marketing and public relations initiatives at the University of Kansas School of Nursing. Ivan has led searches for college/university presidents, provosts, and division/department chairs.
Ivan has a graduate degree from the University of Kansas with an undergraduate degree from Southwestern Adventist University. He is married to Sonja Bartolome, MD, a faculty physician at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas.
Ivan has served as president of his alma mater’s alumni association as well as a national group of faith-based college student association leaders. He has also served on the board of three Christian high schools.
