A Child’s Hope International (ACHI) is a multi-faceted orphan care ministry designed to connect the broader church with orphans and vulnerable children and families in need in the US and internationally through four guidelines called the Bridges of Care. These Bridges of Care – adoption, foster care, orphan care, and humanitarian relief – guide vision provide operational direction to the growing ministry.
ACHI is currently seeking an Executive Director to succeed the founder, Larry Bergeron. The new ED will play an important role in advancing ACHI’s mission by assessing all aspects of the organization, adjusting strategy (as needed), and implementing a comprehensive plan for growth and operational scalability. This creative ED will help ensure the vitality and financial sustainability of the ministry’s programs while building the effectiveness and footprint of the organization. The ED will also embrace and support the advancement of the organization’s future strategies and needs with a strong sense of confidence in building lasting partner relationships with churches in the region and throughout the US.
Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in strategic ministry development, church partnership engagement, fundraising/donor management and connectedness to children’s services or the orphan care community. The selected candidate will need to be in, or available to relocate to, Cincinnati, Ohio, home of ACHI.
