Ife (pronounced “EE-feh”) Olaore is a leadership talent acquisition professional whose passion is connecting servant leaders with outstanding healthcare organizations. Prior to joining FaithSearch Partners, Ife supported talent acquisition campaigns for regional healthcare systems in California, Ohio and Chicago, completing dozens of leadership searches within each of these organizations.
Ife is completing his graduate degree in business administration after receiving an undergraduate degree in social work from Southern Adventist University in Tennessee. He is based in the greater Cincinnati area and is an active member of the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE).
