FaithSearch Partners has been selected to manage the search for the Human Resources Business Partner Coach at Adventist Health System (AHS) near Orlando, Florida. AHS is the largest Protestant (and one of the largest not-for-profit) healthcare systems in the U.S., with operations from Colorado to the East Coast. It employs more than 70,000 individuals at over 40 hospitals and dozens of other facilities and locations.
AHS is in the process of implementing a new shared services model, consolidating and transferring many of the routine functions of facility HR into a corporate shared service. The shared services platform, known internally as “iSynergy,” is expected to be implemented in AHS facilities over the next three years. The HRBPC is a new position designed to facilitate this transition and to assure its ongoing success.
The Human Resources Business Partner Coach serves as a trusted and collaborative advisor to facility HR leaders who are transitioning to this new model of HR delivery and the HR Business Partner role. This individual will serve as a champion of the model and role throughout Adventist Health System facilities and organizations. He/she will coach both HRBPs and facility leadership on the new structure and value-added programs provided by HR Shared Services/COE, ensuring facility alignment in support of attracting, motivating, and retaining top talent.
“Adventist Health System is an outstanding organization, and we are delighted to be managing this search for them,” said Jim Boyle, Senior Vice President at FaithSearch Partners. “The future Human Resources Business Partner Coach will need to have a passion for human resources and have an enthusiasm for the system’s faith-based culture.”
